Living Creatively is PLAY - We will do a variety of creativity stimulating activities, including playing OuiSi, responding to various visual art prompts, experimenting with a variety of artistic materials. SPACE - I will give you tools to create space for your creativity to thrive. I will lead you in guided meditations, a journaling practice and we will support each other with a loving kindness practice. IDEAS - We will generate ideas, responding to prompts and working as a group to brainstorm. Creativity is about connection, and the tools I use for ideas focus on listening to the inner artist and making connections. After this experience, you will have a foundation for your own creative practice, which you can take with you into your daily life.

I am an artist and creativity coach. My workshops are for everyone who has ever felt the desire to be creative - in any medium. I love working with people to nurture their inner creatives. As a former public school teacher, I learned that I had to live creatively in order to be the best teacher for my students, and the same is true now that I am a mother. Now I am passionate about spreading the joy of creation and I believe ALL people are inherently creative. I have seen people with "no creative bones" make art they wanted to hang on their wall, and I believe anyone can do it!
